Model PTL-20 Small-type Universal Tensile Testing Machine is specially designed for demonstration purpose of metal tensile and compression testing. It loads by h hand pump and hydraulic cylinder. The axial deformation is measured by high-accuracy grating ruler; the test load is measured by special load cell, and the display meter can show test data and save test data. The operation is easy and simple, and the relation of tension and deformation is displayed directly. Equip with other test fixture, it can also do compression, bending, shearing tests, etc. It is the ideal demonstration equipment in the field of education.

Structure and Features:

The tester is composed of base, frame, manual pump, hydraulic cylinder, grating ruler, tensile test attachment, load sensor, display meter, test piece and other parts.

The sample is loaded by hand pump and hydraulic cylinder.

The tensile attachment is M10 internal thread, which is used to connect the test piece; Other auxiliary tools can be used after positioning according to the locating pin.

The grating ruler is used to measure the deformation of the sample, and its bracket can be easily adjusted.

The load sensor is used to measure test load of the sample.
