Applications:

By adopting electro-hydraulic servo-controlled technology, Electro-hydraulic Servo Control Compression Testing Machine is designed for compression test to concrete, cement, component, etc building materials and also metal and other materials. It is the ideal equipment for quality control, R&D and education.

 

Main configurations & Features:

1. This testing machine consists of Load frame, hydraulic pumping station, compression test fixture, electric & hydraulic servo control system, etc.

2. Load frame: 4-column frame structure, oil cylinder bottom-mounted. It consists of base, column, cylinder, Oil pressure transducer, etc.

3. High precision oil pressure transducer to measure load, photoelectrical encoder to measure displacement.

4. Hydraulic pump station system: servo pumping station.

5. Control system: Full digital hydraulic servo control, which includes load and displacement. PCI measuring & control amplification unit, servo valve driving unit & software system etc. Load and displacement close-loop control. It can complete load speed, displacement speed, load keeping and displacement keeping control modes.

6. Computer data processing automatically, the printer can print test report.
