Main configurations & Features:
1. This testing machine consists of Load frame, hydraulic pumping station, compression test fixture, electric & hydraulic servo control system, etc.
2. Load frame: 4-column frame structure, oil cylinder bottom-mounted. It consists of base, column, cylinder, Oil pressure transducer, etc.
3. High precision oil pressure transducer to measure load, photoelectrical encoder to measure displacement.
4. Hydraulic pump station system: servo pumping station.
5. Control system: Full digital hydraulic servo control, which includes load and displacement. PCI measuring & control amplification unit, servo valve driving unit & software system etc. Load and displacement close-loop control. It can complete load speed, displacement speed, load keeping and displacement keeping control modes.
6. Computer data processing automatically, the printer can print test report.
