Application:

This machine is a computer control instrumented impact testing machine for testing the impact resistance of metal and non-metallic materials under dynamic load. It adopts fully automatic control and realizes the whole process of hanging hammer, falling hammer and impact test through software, and can continuously conduct lots of impact tests. It is an indispensable testing instrument for material manufacturers and quality inspection departments, research units to carry out new material research.            

Nine kinds of curves, such as original curve, force-time, acceleration-time, force-displacement, energy-time, energy-displacement, force-energy-time, force-energy-displacement and analysis curve, can be displayed intuitively. (select different curve functions according to different user test conditions)            

The machine is equipped with a spring energy storage acceleration mechanism, which can drive and control the motor action through the impact speed or impact energy set by the computer to compress the spring deformation, so that the spring energy storage can reach the required deformation amount (optional)            

The fully enclosed safety shield can effectively prevent the splashing of fractured samples and prevent the tester from entering the testing machine during the test.
