The machine cut notch which according to the “V” ASTM E23, ISO148 standards, “U” DIN 50115 and ISO83 standards “Charpy notch Impact Test Method for metal material” on the specimen for only one time.

This cutting machine is driven by motor and lead screw, which supported by high precision square rail with close sliding block, stable and reliable operation, good wear resistance, low noise, etc. It is suitable for testing institutions with large number of tests and low maintenance cost. The V-shaped or U-shaped broach can be configured according to the user's requirements. The sample notch can be processed once, and a standard sample notch can be successfully drawn at a time. The motor will be with frequency-changed system, so the cutting can be adjusted. The broach is made of special materials and special processes, with high hardness, good wear resistance and long service life,
