Application:

TLW-MD series of spring tension & compression testing machine is made according to the technical requirements specified in GB, ISO, ASTM, EN, JS, etc. standards. The special spring control, data processing and acquisition system is independently developed and designed to realize the full automation and intelligence of the data acquisition and control process. It can test and analyze the tension, pressure, displacement, deformation, stiffness, and free height of precision springs such as coil spring, disc spring, tower spring, snap spring, leaf spring, composite spring, gas spring, die spring and special-shaped spring. The design of the main machine and accessories of the testing machine draws lessons from foreign brands, with beautiful appearance, reasonable structure, high rigidity, and small deformation.

The machine adopts the full digital speed regulation system and precision motor with high speed regulation accuracy and stable performance as the driving system, the multi-channel controller independently developed by my company as the core of the control system, and the control and data processing software with Windows operating system as the operating interface to realize the real-time display of test load, peak value of test load, crosshead displacement, test deformation and test curve, All test operations can be completed on the computer.
