The hydraulic bending Testing Machine is special equipment to carry out bending tests on metal bars, plates, and rebar for construction, and to determine their bending plastic bending ability. It uses the hydraulic cylinder to apply load with high efficiency, and the touch screen controller to control the machine, the bending span will be adjusted manually. The machine has compact structure and strong rigidity. The adjusting screw rod is placed at the rear side of the support slider groove to prevent the oxide skin from falling into the screw rod and damaging it.
The machine adopts photoelectric encoder for angle display and control, and the display is accurate and reliable. In addition, the front of the test bench is equipped with an angle dial indicator, which has a bending angle dual display device.
The machine is equipped with a pressure sensing device in the pressure oil circuit to display the bending force value of the sample bending.
The bending angle of the machine in the control system can be set manually, with high accuracy and convenient and fast operation.
The hydraulic system is controlled by a three-position four-way solenoid valve. The middle position closes the two cavities of the oil cylinder, which can properly maintain the bending load.
The electric appliance of the machine performs four-point limit control on the oil cylinder and oil source, and double protection, so the equipment is safer and more reliable.
