Introduction:

JR series metal wire winding testing machine is the latest development of a new generation product. The host machine is horizontal type, which consists of loading, transmission, winding, force, tracking, data acquisition and processing, LCD screen and other components etc. It is mainly used for the determination of the winding performance of the steel, copper, aluminum, and its alloy wire with nominal diameter of Φ2-Φ6mm. The test method is to fix one end of the wire and the other end revolves around a rod with specified diameter to a specified turn to observe the defects on the surface etc.

When operation, fix one end of the sample into the chuck and put the other sides in the tracking system. The sample involves around the core rod and moving outward. In order to prevent material overlap, the weights can be added for thin wires for straight.
