Standard force gauges are mainly used for the calibration and verification of force measuring instruments and equipment such as material testing machines and presses. It can also be used for measuring, verifying, and calibrating the "force value" of other related instruments, equipment, components, and parts. Its prominent features are reliable data, stable quality, no aging, and no loss, making it a measuring equipment. It is an economical, easy to operate, convenient to use, accurate and safe measuring device. It is the preferred equipment for quality and technical supervision, metrological testing, scientific research institutes, universities, quality inspection institutions, relevant departments, and enterprises.

The comparison of standard force measuring instruments is an activity in which two or more laboratories measure the same stable transmission standard within a certain period of time according to the conditions specified in the comparison operation manual. By analyzing the measurement values and uncertainties of the measurement results, the consistency of the values is determined, and the measurement results of the laboratory are determined to meet the requirements, in order to judge the accuracy of the transmission of values in the reference laboratory. Precautions for comparing standard force measuring instruments:

(1) After receiving the samples, carefully inspect them and promptly provide feedback (via fax) to the implementing agency.

(2) After the sample arrives at the laboratory, it should be placed according to the requirements before use, and the calibration environmental conditions should meet the requirements of the environmental conditions specified in the regulations.

(3) It is not allowed to process, repair or calibrate the sample.

(4) Calibrate the sample for indication repeatability and reproducibility according to the requirements of the calibration method.

(5) Strictly adhere to the requirements of calibration timeliness, complete sample calibration work within the specified time, promptly transfer samples after calibration, and provide relevant documents and technical information to the implementing agency in a timely manner.

(6) Strictly abide by the confidentiality requirements for comparison and do not collude with other laboratories to obtain results.
