Applications:

This bolt testing machine is designed and manufactured according to the relevant requirements for acceptance of construction quality of steel structures (GB 50205-2001). It can measure the axial load, torque and torque coefficient of large hexagon head high-strength bolt connection pair (M16, M20, M22, M24, M27, M30) and The pre tightening force of the high strength bolt connection pair (M16, M20, M22, M24, M27, M30) is tested (this test must be equipped with a optional special wrench for torsion shear). The test results can be displayed and printed. When the axial load reaches the value specified in the standard, the tester will beep and record the test data. At the same time, the tester will automatically calculate and display the torque coefficient according to the detected axial load and torque; when a group of tests are completed, the tester will automatically calculate the average axial force, average torque, average torque coefficient, standard deviation and coefficient of variation of N pcs of specimens. Loading mode is 2000NM electric wrench loading.
