This tester refers to GB/T32076.7-2015 "Pre load high-strength bolted structural connection sets - Part 7: M39~M64 large hexagon head bolts and nut connection sets", GB/T1231-2006 "Technical conditions for high-strength large hexagon head bolts, large hexagon nuts and washers for steel structures", GB/T 16823.3-2010 "Fastener torque clamping force test", ISO16047-2013 "Fasteners - Torque/clamping force test", GBT16823.2-1997 "General rules for tightening threaded fasteners", GB/T50205 "Code for acceptance of construction quality of steel structures", NB/T31082-2016 "High strength bolt connection sets for wind turbine towers", in accordance with GB/T 32076.7-2015. According to relevant requirements such as GB/T3098.1-2010 "Mechanical Properties of Fasteners - Bolts, Screws and Studs" and GB50205-2001 "Code for Acceptance of Construction Quality of Steel Structures", it can be designed and manufactured to test the tightening axial force, tightening torque, torque coefficient, tightening angle, and total friction coefficient of high-strength bolt connection pairs (M33-M64) with large hexagonal heads, display and print them. After a set of experiments is completed, the detector automatically calculates the average axial force, average torque, average torque coefficient, standard deviation, and coefficient of variation of N specimens. This equipment is mainly used for the detection of large steel structures and large wind power bolts
