Applications:

This machine is designed and manufactured according to the relevant requirements for acceptance of steel structure engineering (GB 50205-2001). It can detect, display, and print the axial load, torque, and torque coefficient of large hexagon head high strength bolt connection pairs (M16, M20, M22, M24, M27, M30). When the axial load reaches the value specified in the standard, the equipment stops automatically and can automatically reverse to release the sample. At the same time, the torque coefficient can be automatically calculated and displayed according to the detected axial load and torque, and the axial load curve, torque curve and torque coefficient curve can be displayed automatically; when a group of tests are completed, the tester automatically calculates the average axial load, average torque and average torsion of N pcs of specimens Moment coefficient, standard deviation and coefficient of variation, etc. can be stored, read and printed at any time. If equipped with a special wrench of torsion shear type, the axial force of shear type high strength bolt connection pair (M16, M20, M22, M24, M27, M30) can also be tested (this accessory need special order).            

It has the function of parameter backup and recovery and automatic calibration. According to the detection requirements of high-strength bolt, it also has the functions of peak value keeping monitoring and load cell-overload protection prompt.
