The Cupping testing Machine (Erichsen Tester) is precise technology testing machine which is used for thin sheet metal & strip steel rolled stock etc. It can complete test of plastic deformation for thin sheet metal & strip steel rolled stock. It is automatic type.

Features:

1. The cupping test machine adopts a new structure principle, which can realize constant speed control for servo motor. The stamping process is controlled by computer. The stamping speed can be adjusted stepless and preset.

2. The clamping force is loaded by servo motor with constant force. The clamping force can be adjusted. The data can be displayed synchronously and can be calibrated independently.

3. The impact pressure and clamping force are both spoke type sensors, and the cup protrusion value is measured by grating ruler. The accuracy and reliability of cupping value measurement are greatly improved by combining with the spoke type sensor (direct force measurement).

4. The cupping fixture is easy to replace and the sample is easy to load and unload. After the sample is put in, the whole test process can be completed by pressing the "test" button. The stamping process can be completed automatically with one key and no one is affected. The closed-loop control can be realized. When the impact pressure value drops, it can judge the crack of the sample automatically. At the same time, it is easy to observe the test process and judge the cupping value at the moment of crack more accurately. The test data can be displayed by computer and have the function of peak value memory, i.e. the maximum impact pressure and cupping value, which can realize the storage of test results.

5. Equipped with light source detection system, the tester can observe the light transmission of the tested sample with naked eyes.
