Application:

This testing machine is used for the friction and wear performance test of materials, material surface coatings and component surfaces. It provides a wide load range and rotation speed. Tests with different friction pairs such as ball-on-disc and pin-on-disc can be performed. A computer automatically detects all parameters to be measured under different friction modes; the friction coefficient, friction force, load and torque can all be measured during the test and displayed synchronously in the form of data and graphs. With an environmental control system installed, the test temperature and ambient atmosphere can be adjusted.

This instrument can be widely used in the research of material surface processing technology, the evaluation of material failure and reliability, and the quality inspection and control of industrial products. The device is equipped with automatic shutdown protection, and features simple operation and high measurement accuracy.
