Applications:

This testing machine is used for testing the friction and wear performance of materials, material surface coatings, and component surfaces. It can provide a wide range of loads and rotational speeds. Different friction couples of ball-disc and pin-disc can be tested, and the computer can automatically detect all measured parameters, friction coefficient, friction force, load, and torque under different friction modes during the test, and display them synchronously in the form of data and graphics. The installation environment control system can adjust the test temperature and ambient atmosphere for testing.

This instrument can be widely used in the research of material surface processing technology, evaluation of material failure and reliability, industrial product quality inspection and control. This device is equipped with automatic shutdown protection, easy operation, and high measurement accuracy
